« Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again. »

« A Comforting Stay Near Orange Hospital Our recent stay at The Black & White Room at The Elm Apartments: from Saturday, May 24th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, provided immense comfort during an already stressful trip. With my father in Orange Hospital, the Elm apartment's were the ideal location . It was truly a relief to have such a lovely place to rest and recharge. « The property was great for our 3 night stay. The yellow Room presents as advertised. All the comforts of home. Near new, nicely appointed, clean and welcoming. Good location. Just a few minutes drive to town or to the hospital precinct. »

« We enjoyed the relative ‘newness’ of the Elm Apartments. The high ceilings definitely gave a lovely feeling of space as did the very generous size bathroom, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I appreciated that it also offered a washing machine, however the external line was dirty with lots of cobwebs etc as was the track and the sliding door to the courtyard. I decided to make use of the clothes airer, however it was damaged. »
