« Our room wasn’t ready at the time of checkout (the receptionist told us the room was being cleaned), which was pretty upsetting after already driven two hours. I expected a clean room, but still found things like hair and dead peeled skin on the bed and floor. The people in the rooms next to us and below us were also noisy »
