The Space:

A very modern, well-furnished flat with two bedrooms and two bathroom and a cozy living room and independent kitchen packed will all necessities. You can enjoy sunshine throughout the day, with two spacious balconies. As the sofa in the living room opens up, we can easily host up to 6 guests, so it’s a perfect place for families.

Apartment is easily reached from the street or it’s private locked parking space. During summer months, Air conditioning will cool down the property and in cold days, our own heating unit will keep you worm throughout your entire stay.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our lovely apartment is perfectly located , just a short walk from the Piata Unirii Square , so everything is within reach. It’s place on quiet side street, where you can easily find a parking spot if you plan to drive with your car at our property. You can enjoy wonderful cafes and restaurants in the city center or take a stroll towards Prima Shops which will offer everything from, shops , restaurants or even a large supermarket .



Getting Around:

Public transport like tram can be easily reached , around 100 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 6 people, no additional guests allowed.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
