From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers. »

« I really enjoyed my stay at this property. First thing was the fact the housekeeper was waiting for us when we arrived even though we were about 2 hours late on our checking (shout out to Ms. Lee). Then upon entering the property it was decorated for my Daughter’s 25th Birthday as I had requested, my daughter was so surprised and the look on her face was priceless. « I booked this property for myself and family of 6 and we stayed comfortably with ages ranging from 9 yrs old to 73. I found the location to be perfect positioning for a base to tour the island from. I would suggest having a vehicle or reliable taxi service as the centre of Ochie is only 5 minutes away but realistically 20 mins walking down hill from the door. We loved the complex the property is in. The security to get in is tight and also polite but this leaves you with a real sense of safety...

« The house was very spacious and comfortable. The best view overlooking the mountains and ocean! The star of the entire stay was Chef Shane! Unbelievably the best variety and robust flavors in all he cooked for us! We all were so impressed with his presentation of food. He clearly cooks from his heart because you can taste the goodness in every spoonful! If it was not for Shane, Melissa and Antoinette this trip would not have been so memorable! I want to personally Thanks all 3. »

« Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud! »
