« Very accommodating, comfy beds (a real +). Kitchen fully loaded with supplies (including spices and condiments). We spent so much time down on the dock crabbing and fishing. Our dogs loved the freedom and space. Made friends with others in the area and did dog walks with them. »

Sadly it was a drizzly, dreary weekend but we had one nice day to go down to the beach and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. We loved the variety of porches to sit on and have different views and there was plenty of room for the kids to play indoors when it was raining. Overall a great experience. Thank you! »

The only thing I will add is the master bed was smaller than desired, otherwise everything was perfect! We would love to return at another time when the temps are warmer. »

We have been visiting family in the area for almost 20 years and our own family has out grown the guest rooms at the in-laws sending us in search for a bigger place to stay. « We were sold on the rental because of its size, location, and pet friendliness. The hosts provided an immaculate, spacious, and attractive rental, complete with bedding and towels. The kitchen had all the necessities, including lots of flatware, mugs, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig were also provided. Full clothes washer and dryer made it possible for us to do our laundry and pack it clean for home. Home is nestled overlooking the river. Expansive windows...

« We were scouting this house as a potential place to bring friends, and while we really liked the house there are a few things we noticed that might make us hesitant to bring a larger group. The ground floor was badly in need of vacuuming and there was hair in the shower drain. We never could connect to internet and had no cell service so couldn't even let anyone know. Finally, the water has a highly sulfur odor. Overall it seemed no-one had been in the house in a while and it needed some more...

« Loved the house, setting and experience. Cindy was easy to work with and the house was as shown in the pictures. Lots to do for tweens and adults: the pool with its toys kept them busy for hours, and the pier/sandy beach were fantastic for birdwatching over morning coffees. The kayaks were a welcome way to tour around the area, and there were so many other things to do, we didn’t get to half of them! The nearby marina (5 min walk) has food and live music on some nights - it’s worth checking...

« Such a perfect memory-making home on the water! It’s always an adventure with two little kids but we found that this home had everything we needed, as well as amenities conveniently nearby for food or anything we forgot to bring with us. Water was calm enough most days for our 6 year old to paddle around, the dock is a lovely spot for a picnic, and all around we had a wonderful stay. Thank you! »
