Welcome to Hamlet House — a new Auburn/Opelika stay in a quiet, newer townhome community just 8 miles from Auburn University.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is being thoughtfully furnished for its first guest arrival on September 10. Current photos are preliminary while final furnishings and setup are completed, but the home is being prepared as a clean, comfortable, professionally managed stay for Auburn visitors, families, medical travelers, visiting workers, game-day guests, and guests traveling with approved pets.

Hamlet House offers a practical and comfortable layout with room for up to 6 guests, including a king primary suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom, and a pack ’n play with linens for families.

The home is located minutes from TigerTown shopping and dining, about 10 minutes from East Alabama Medical Center and downtown Opelika, near I-85, and about 18–20 minutes from Jordan-Hare Stadium.

THE SPACE

The home includes a dedicated workspace, comfortable living area, full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and parking for two vehicles directly in front of the unit.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have private access to the full home during their stay.

Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit.

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival once the home’s access setup is finalized.

Hamlet House is a new listing currently being furnished and prepared for launch. Current photos are preliminary so guests can begin booking early while final furniture, decor, and setup are completed before the first guest arrival on September 10.

Pets are allowed only when approved under the reservation. Maximum of 2 animals. A $125 pet fee applies. Pets must follow all house rules, including no pets on furniture, sofas, beds, pillows, or bedding.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

No parties, events, or unapproved visitors are allowed.

Exterior cameras monitor the front and back entrances for guest safety, occupancy verification, and property security.

Trash pickup instructions are being finalized and will be provided before arrival.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, gatherings, and disruptive behavior are not allowed. Only registered guests included on the reservation may be on the property unless approved in writing before arrival.

Guest Count and Visitors
The number of guests on the property may not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Unapproved visitors are not allowed. Unauthorized guests or visitors may result in cancellation without refund, removal from the property, and/or additional charges.

Parking
Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit. Please park only in approved spaces and do not block neighboring units, sidewalks, driveways, or access areas.

Pets
Pets must be approved under the reservation. Maximum of 2 animals are allowed. A $125 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on furniture, sofas, beds, pillows, or bedding. Pets may not be left loose in the home while guests are away. Please crate pets or contain them in an appropriate area if needed.

Pet hair, odors, accidents, furniture use, damage, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and for any pet-related damage.

Security Cameras and Safety Equipment
Exterior cameras monitor the front and back entrances for guest safety, occupancy verification, and property security. Cameras must not be tampered with, covered, unplugged, disconnected, or disabled. Tampering may result in cancellation without refund and additional charges.

No Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking evidence, smoke odor, ashes, burns, or discarded smoking materials may result in a minimum $500 smoking fee plus any additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

Professional Cleaning and Inspection
The property is professionally cleaned and inspected after every stay. These standards help us keep the home clean, quiet, and comfortable for good guests. Damage, missing items, smoking evidence, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests, pet violations, and rule violations may be documented and charged to the guest.

Kitchen and Home Care
Please clean up after cooking. Use cutting boards and avoid placing hot pans directly on countertops. Please treat furniture, linens, towels, appliances, and household items with care.

Towels and Linens
Bath towels are for personal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning spills, makeup, pets, outdoor use, or other non-bathing purposes.

Trash
Trash pickup instructions are being finalized and will be provided before arrival. Trash should not be left loose outside the home.

Damage and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for damage, missing inventory, stained or damaged linens/towels, broken fixtures, missing remotes, missing kitchen items, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, and violations of these rules.
