Newly renovated in summer 2024 this nice apartment features a cozy living room with a cool sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy the phenomenal queen bed in the bedroom for a restful night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, AC, dishwasher and a washing machine, your stay will be convenient and comfortable. Parking on demand and on availability. I offer a free parking spot, just there is limited space in front of the house, so depending on the time and durance of reservation, it can happen you will get a parking ticket from me to be able to park for free (on my account) on the main parking place in the city, located some 300m from the appartment. Almost all of Omis guests are required to park there, even hotel guests, so that makes my place uniqe. If you reserve in advance, you may be lucky to have a parking place in front of the appartment.

Omiš, a small beautiful town just 25kn from Split with beautiful both sand and stone beaches, perfect for calm vacation. But it also offers a lot of adventures for people who want more active vacation. It is well known in history as a pirate city, but in newer times it is known as a home town of traditional a capella singing in small groups ("klape") with a festival in July. In August there is always a "pirate" battle in Omiš as a remembering on the past times.

The apartment is available for short or long term stays in Croatia. It is a great find and is available all year long - for short stop overs, business trips, or your well deserved sun and sea vacation.

The apartment itself is newly built and furnished, with a fully functional kitchen and bathroom along with all the necessary amenities. It is allocated in a family house, in a house surrounding neighborhood, second house in a row from the road.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and a pull out couch in the big living room, Air conditioning, TV, Bathroom.
Somebody will always be at your disposal in case of some questions during your stay.

The house is located only 10 minutes walking from the beautiful sandy beach and just 10 minutes from town center in a quite street with house sourounding (second house row from the city street). The apartment is on the ground floor and has an acess to the garden.

WHAT TO DO?
During the whole year you can explore the Omiš area because of good climate conditions. It is very nice and warm also in June and September and suitable for swimming, not only July and August.

Omiš is situated at the mouth of the river Cetina, where it enters the sea so the town offers a lot to see and to do, especially beautiful Cetina River's canyon. The Cetina enters the sea just 100m from our apartment so there is a beautiful promenade near our apartment, just 2 min walk (100m) where you can enjoy day or night walks just looking the river entering the sea, ducks and swans swimming in the river as well as seagulls flutterring over the sea and the river. There are a few cafes where you can sit and rest, read your newspapers or enjoy this remarkable view.

Climb to the beautiful fortress Mirabella (from the town center by stairs), or if you are a bit more of adventurous spirit to the fortress Fortica (333m above the sea level) - approx 45-60m climbing on foot, well worth of it because of the beautiful view on the Dalmatian cost from there. Explore the mountain Biokovo.

It has good bus connections to Split and Makarska (approx 30min ride) and a rich offer of boat trips to island Brač (Supetar, Postira, Bol - famous by its beautiful beach).

Split is a major transportation hub connecting Dalmatia with continental Croatia by train, plane, and bus. It is also the starting point for discovering south and central Dalmatian islands by ferry or boat, such as Hvar, Brac, Vis, etc. Not only is Split convenient for transportation purposes, it is a major historical site with the UNESCO protected the Empirer´s Diocletian´s palace at it's center.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES:
water activities including scuba diving, 5 hole golf course (18km), hiking, rock climbing, windsurfing, Rafting/Canyoning/Canoeing on river Cetina (1km).

In summer months enjoy a capella singing festival, historical pirates events or just lie down on the sandy beach in the natural shade and have a drink, party in the disco bars and night clubs of the surrounding rivieras...

Try some of the adventure sports (free climbing, diving, rafting, canyoning...) only 1 km away. You can run, ride a bike or just walk in beautiful nature.

What makes our place unique is that the apartment is in the family house, the apartment is the only apartment on the floor so there will be nobody disturbing you, everything is reachable on foot in a minute walk (grocery store, supermarket...) what is very cosy and you will feel as if it is your home.
