Villa IPONI is located in the old part of the village Mimice, and a car is recommended because it is located a bit up on the hill with amazing views. You are 800m far from the pebble beach in Mimice, only 400m far from the local restaurant, minimarket, and a bar, 10 km far from the small Mediterranean town Omiš that offers many historical attractions, restaurants, and Cetina river with amazing canyon offering activities like Zip-line, rafting, canoeing.

*The outdoor offers a covered dining area with a barbecue and a direct entrance to the kitchen. The outdoor staircase takes you down to the private 8m x 4m private pool with hydro massage and amazing sea views, a spacious sun deck area with 7 deck chairs. From the pool area, a few steps up take you to the living room and lounge area.

*Interior is very well organized and well-designed giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, ice maker, coffee machine Dolce Gusto and more, a dining table with sea and pool views, direct exit to the outdoor dining area.
