"Magnifique séjour, nous sommes restés durant 3 nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel. Je le recommande. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique, que ce soit à l'entrée, autour de la piscine ou durant les repas. Chambre spacieuse est très confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment top, il y a des restaurants accessible à pieds (15min de marche environ), une plage privée, et une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et la ville. Si vous allez à Mascate, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel."

"Seriously unimpressed by the service. I wouldn’t recommend to get there as a family, as service is sub-par and cleaning is not done properly. There was a dirty tissue on the balcony as you can see in the picture. The day after the tissue got removed but the balcony was still very dirty. There was also a soap under the bathroom sink which was not ours but didn’t get remove during our whole 4 day stay. Last, our baby had a poo incident on the bed. We tried to clean it but it was obvious. Our bed sheets didn’t get changed. I then asked for it to be changed to realise that once they did it they had just turned around the sheets but left the dirty ones in. We had to ask them again to come to this time change the sheets fully. We arrived by car and my husband had to unloading the car by him self as nobody was outside to help him out with the bags for a daily of 5. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes so there was really no reason for this. We ordered a baby cot by email and asked for it again when checking in. We had to ask again 3 times for it to arrive 3 hours later. We booked the room for 4 people and there was only 1 large towel in the room."

"D'un premier abord austère, l'intérieur de l'établissement est moderne et au goût du jour. Les chambres sont organisées autour d'un grand atrium. Elles sont spacieuses et dorées d'un petit balcon. Le petit-déjeuner quant à lui est savoureux avec un mélange des influences indiennes et omanaises. L'établissement est également doté de 2 piscines en extérieure dont une permettant aux plus sportifs de faire des longueurs. Enfin, en qualité de client de l'hôtel, vous bénéficiez également d'un accès direct à la mer mais, pour information, la plage est publique."
