We are just a short 10 minute drive to virtually anywhere in town (Aksarben, Black Stone, Midtown Crossing, Downtown, CHI Health Center, and the College World Series Baseball Field). There is no better place to stay in Omaha!

Enjoy your very own Courtyard Oasis experience in solitude. Surrounded with a beautiful oak fence, you will have the privacy to enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, a fireplace, and a hot tub to complete your experience. Whether you’re a night owl or an early morning riser, the outdoor lighting will make your experience.

The original bungalow, single-family home has a great addition that we have created into the #1 place in Omaha to stay. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, king-sized bed, all-in-one washer & dryer, and ambient lighting!

As you approach the property you can park facing North on south 57th St, by the exterior stairs surrounded by trees. As you go up the stairs you will see the gate with a sticker on it, you’ll be able to enter the gate to step into the Oasis. Follow the path towards the covered porch.

The front door is secured through the smart lock using a code that will be given to you a few days before your stay.

The owner lives next door in the front house; he has two kids and we love our guests, but won't say more than hi unless you are feeling like a nice talk. We will respect your space and keep our distance, might migrate to the front yard if we overlap, but will always make sure you know this is your home.

The owner has 2 children under 4 years old and a small amount of crying might be heard through the door every once in a while. A hallway connects both units and sound control have been taken into consideration, but there is always a chance, and is part of the sensory experience :)
