➝ Charcoal BBQ Grill + outdoor seating + Backyard (Not fully fenced)



➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - sorry no cats



➝ 10 minutes to UNMC + UNO + Blackstone + Aksarben

➝ 15 minutes to the Zoo + Downtown + CHI Center



NOTE: Due to road work the streets are closed, you may need to park three blocks away from the property. Thanks for your understanding!

Other Things to Note:

Please note: As part of our standard process, guests are required to sign a waiver/rental agreement upon booking. This agreement helps ensure clear communication and understanding regarding property use, house rules, and liability. For safety, there are cameras installed at the backyard. If you have any questions or need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out



NOTE: There are road works in the area and some part of the road going to the property may be closed but you should be able to drive up to the street and driveway. (Subject to changes without further notice from the City)



NOTE: For security, we have a security camera mounted on top of the garage door which faces the door entrance and driveway. This will be on during your stay.
