• Downstairs are the living space, and kitchenette. The living space has a sleeper sofa, club chair, television, and stereo system. Upstairs are the second bedroom and bathroom. The loft also has two dressers, and an accent chair.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a full-size refrigerator, mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a stovetop. There is no oven.
• Two private bathrooms.
• The studio loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Perfect for families or groups traveling together, Studio Loft Condominium #345 provides plenty of space to spread out. It has high ceilings and views of Cushing Pond and Mountain Run at Palisades Tahoe Resort. Light, bright, and full of south-facing sun, it’s an ideal location for convenience and accessibility.

Upon entry you’ll find the kitchenette and living space in the first room. The living area has a queen bed separated by a pony wall. The queen bed opens up to the dining tables that seats six, providing a unique opportunity to lounge comfortably on the first floor in the heart of all the action. The kitchenette is equipped with two refrigerators: one full-size, and one mini refrigerator. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

Upstairs in the loft is the second queen bed and second full bathroom. There also is a comfortable chair and two dressers that make this spot a good one to escape to if needed.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals also provides guests access to its various amenities such as the seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room and sauna, and gym. There’s also a fun ping pong room!

You are truly on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes while at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property: steps from chairlifts, fabled KT22 and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails, swimming, and roller-skating at High Camp, and picturesque Shirley Canyon is just around the corner (up the mountain!).

If shopping, dining, live music and festivals at the Village at Palisades Tahoe do not entice you, then remember you are just six short miles from stunning Lake Tahoe. You can drive there or try it on foot – walk, run, or bike along the paved trail all the way from Olympic Valley to Tahoe City.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
