• 800 square feet with two stories, two sleeping areas, two bathrooms and a living space with kitchenette, all in a two-story open studio space.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by two sliding doors.
• Downstairs features a sleeping zone with sliding door privacy, the living space, dining area, and kitchenette. The living space has a queen size bed sofa, sleeper sofa, oversized chair and ottoman, coffee table, television, and DVD player. Upstairs loft features the second sleeping area and bathroom. The loft also has a loveseat, desk, and television.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove top and full refrigerator. There is no oven.
• Two private bathrooms. One has an oversized tub/shower
• The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

Escape to this ski-in/ski-out property located on the slopes of the 1960 Winter Games. Enjoy being steps from chairlifts, KT22, and a base-to-base gondola connecting two iconic ski resorts. This sunny two-story Palisade Tahoe Lodge condominium is a great gathering zone for all four seasons.

The spacious studio loft condominium provides a perfect set-up for families or groups. It has high ceilings and large windows with a view of the on-site tennis courts. The ski-in/ski-out property puts you steps from your favorite chairlifts at Palisades Tahoe Resort and just a short stroll from the Village at Palisades Tahoe with shopping, dining, local entertainment and more! In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool is key to keeping you cool.

Upon entry you will find the queen sleeping space to your left, which can be partitioned off for privacy by two sliding doors, and the kitchenette to your right. The kitchenette is equipped with a full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and stove top. There is no oven. The downstairs bathroom nearby has an oversized tub/shower.

You’ll step into the living area with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful alpine view of the tennis courts. This is a wonderfully spacious common area to enjoy breakfast at the dining table, which seats up to six guests. Kick back on the sleeper sofa (another spot to host more guests) or the oversized club chair and ottoman, and watch your favorite television shows to unwind after a fun stay at the mountain.

Make your way upstairs to the second queen bed, and second full bathroom. There also is a comfortable loveseat, and desk where you can escape for some quiet. The loft sleeping space also features a television.

On-site at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals, guests will have access to the seasonal pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular ping pong room. In the winter, the condo location provides an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience, plus you are a few steps from KT22 chairlift, which you can check off your bucket list!

Located just a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe you can explore all kinds of dining options from the famous après at Le Chamois to a local favorite for espresso and baked goods, Wildflour. In the summer the Palisades Tahoe Lodge swimming pool will likely be an important part of your enjoyment, as are the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. You are also just six short miles away from Lake Tahoe, where you can explore the 22 miles of clear blue water via kayak, boat, or on a stand up paddleboard.

Please note that neighboring condos (above, below, or adjacent) will have contractor work taking place during the off-season, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, through December 12.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
