1. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking limited to 2 vehicles. No street parking year round.
3. There is no garage at the property.
4. The wood fireplace is only available for guest use in the winter months.
5. The fifth twin built-in bed in the bunk room is designed for children only and is not suitable for adult use.
6. Property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
7. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued if internet service is inadequate.
8. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
