Guests have full, private access to the condo, including:

•Underground garage parking (standard clearance)

•Ski locker + all resort amenities including shared hot tubs and sauna

•Elevator access and secure entry

•Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom

•Access details, visual map, and step-by-step instructions are sent before arrival for a smooth, stress-free check-in.
• Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

• Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

• Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• Take shoes off before entering the property.

• Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

• Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

• Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

• Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

• A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).
