Wake up to Ward Lake. This renovated 3-bedroom home sits at the end of a quiet loop in one of Olympia's most well-kept neighborhoods, with lake views from the main living areas and the primary bedroom, and private gated neighborhood access to the lake and dock just down the walkway.

Inside, the home was renovated with stainless appliances, a gas range, quartz countertops, and skylights. The kitchen is genuinely stocked with cooking basics, a coffee station, wine glasses, and bar seating for five, plus a separate dining area that seats eight. Two living areas mean a group of six is never on top of each other.

We aim to offer the ease and comfort that is hard to find when traveling: clean, tidy, functional spaces. Plenty of room to unpack in dressers and closets, luggage racks in the bedrooms, charging ports in every nightstand, desk, and beside the couch, and mirrors with counter space for getting ready in each room.

Walking distance to the YMCA, coffee shops, a restaurant, ice cream, and city parks. Central to Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle, and an easy base for the parks, the mountains, and the cities.

THINGS TO KNOW
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM
- 6 guests maximum
- Self check-in via keypad
- The lake gate is kept locked and a key is provided. Please return it at checkout (replacement cost $100).
- The path down to the lake is somewhat steep and can be slick in winter.
- The backyard is not fully fenced.
- The hot tub on the property is drained and not available for guest use.
- The fireplace is not available for use.
- The garage, primary closet, and one upstairs room are locked for homeowner storage. Guests have access to the rest of the house.
- A generator can be connected in an extended power outage. This is handled by our handyman and is not guest-accessible.
- Exterior security cameras: Ring doorbell plus outdoor cameras covering the carport, driveway, back patio, and front porch. There are no indoor cameras.
