We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed on their computer information to Hilton. A catch-22 that no one wants to accept responsibility!
Phone Receiver broken in the room.
Carpet had a sticky kind of feel.
I was upset by the whole situation and passing of the buck. I don't think I'll use Expedia OR stay at a Hilton Hotel again!!
