« What breakfast??? They had a bar in the lobby where you could purchase breakfast items. You even had to pay almost $4 for a medium cup of coffee. Never been to a hotel that charged for coffee but I suppose that's the new norm. »

« L'hôtel dessert principalement une clientèle noire. Lors de notre passage, un incident dans la chambre en face de la nôtre a nécessité la venue de 4 voitures de police, 2 camions d'incendie et une ambulance. Il était 1h du matin. Avec tout le grabuge, nous nous sommes rendormis vers 2h30. Nous nous comptions chanceux de n'avoir pas entendu de coups de feu! »

« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »

« I made this confirmation on Tuesday if last week. Arrived in Charlotte Friday and went to check in about 4 pm and there was no room available. This facility was overbooked and claimed to be more like an extended stay! I said that was written on the website. They said they knew. There were a lot of things going on in Charlotte this weekend. D fed up staying at Microtel by Wyndham. Was not happy about the cancellation and Microtel. »

« Con: Not worth the price!! Place needs rehab. Lamp shades bent and riped, walls wavy with water damage, blood stain on bed, shady area, garbage on grounds, dog poo everywhere. PROS: Easy check in, loved the person that checked me in, so sweet, tipped them. Great breakfast and lady that was taking care of it. Tip her! When I’m treated good I treat back! Room was clean other than the things I mentioned. Restaurants and stores nearby, walking distance »

« When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again. »
