« Paul met us at the property and talked us through all the cottages features and discussed the local area. Cottage was immaculate and spotless. Very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. If you are doing the NC500, then this is a perfect stopover and very tranquil. Would highly recommend. »

« The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated with a warm atmosphere. Wonderful views of moorland and mountains from every room in the house and view to the sea from the garden. The house is ideally placed close to the Stoer lighthouse and for many wonderful walks ,kindly recommended by the owner , in the wild nature of the Highlands at close distance or directly from the house, »

If you are looking for a holiday in a wonderful landscape without a lot of people, this is the right place for you! We would come back to Donald at any time. »

« Lovely location as a base to explore the North West coast of the Highlands. Spacious house, good wood burner, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen with all you'd expect. My only complaint would be a lack of some sundries, such as there were only a few toilet rolls between us 7 adults and 2 children - 2 out of the 3 bathrooms we used ran out of toilet paper. We also felt they were a bit stingy with laundry detergent - something which again we ran out of and had to buy our own. The other...

Hôtel au charme désuet

"Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, ainsi que le dîner, bien que cher. L'hôtel a un charme vieillissant, également un peu cher pour la prestation et les commodités. L'absence de volets occultant, en une époque de l'année quand la nuit est déjà courte et jamais complètement noire, est gênante mais générale en Ecosse."
