First, the bathrooms showers in the kitchen counter were nasty, the bathroom door grinding onto the floor, and the blinds need fixing. but overall, it’s a nice place.

Overall, we had a good stay. The unit was newly updated and looked just like the photos, which we appreciated. It had the basic essentials, but I’d recommend bringing a few extras like trash bags, a normal size frying pan and dish soap if you plan to cook during your stay.The only downside was a strong dog urine odor in the unit that was noticeable during our visit.Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and nearby attractions. Just be aware that the walk back is uphill, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with young children, a wagon, or beach gear.Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay with a great location

This was a well-maintained property, extremely clean and host was extremely responsive. It's a second-floor apartment with steps and no elevator and advertised as a quarter mile stroll to the beach. While the beach was to be that close, the apartment sits up on a knoll in a residential area. The "stroll" was not an easy pathway for 2 adults with physical impairments (70 yr old and 57 yr old females). I envisioned a simple .25 mile walk on flat ground like many beach areas along the East Coast- a 2 block walk. There was no ocean view. We planned to cook and found the "fully" equipped kitchen to be way less equipped than expected. No stock pots, one very scratched Teflon small skillet (big enough for one egg), one medium-size skillet (big enough for on 6" pancake, one 1qt saucepan (holds 1 can of soup) and one 1.5qt saucepan, which was not big enough to cook corn on the cob. Sparse silverware- there were four each - forks, knives, spoons - no scissors. Thus dish washing needed to occur frequently. There is no dining table- only an island with four uncomfortable metal stools. The most disappointing feature was the location and the inability for us to walk back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this unit for people without physical limitations and who don't plan to eat in the apartment. Beach equipment was a plus as was the washer and dryer.

Cleanliness and communication is 5 stocked with all kitchen equipment. The convenience to OOB and surrounding attractions!! My family and I will rebook this rental in future visits! Highly recommend this location.

Awesome.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. It was a perfect place to bring our small dog. The accommodation were excellent. The kitchen was perfect to make all of our meals. We definitely will return and we definitely recommend this place.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The condo had cute little care packages with their logo on it, qhich helped so i could do laundry and clean dishes. The only thing is we didn't know it was close to a railroad and could hear that at night but you were far enough away you could barley hear it. Overall great stay and great memories made!
