The one star is only for the location/proximity to the beach. Other than that I was extremely disappointed not only with this property but also the hosts and VRBO. The air conditioner tripped in the main living space constantly (when I mean constantly, it would run for 10 mins and then it would trip). There was dust coating the AC unit in the bedroom - this unit would also trip in the middle of the night. The baseboards were filthy. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. The “WiFi” was so slow my husband and I couldn’t even be on apps on our phones and TV apps wouldn’t open. We even ran an internet sped test at one point and speeds were less than 5 mbps. The host was not helpful at all. They don’t answer at the phone number listed. They never sent an electrician to the property to check for the root cause of the breaker tripping, they claimed they sent maintenance to the property into the basement however any time we asked to be notified that someone came we weren’t.
