2 Bedroom 2 bathroom Just a few steps to the ocean at the Grand Victorian!

Grand Victorian 1,185 square foot unit, with Sleeping for 6-7. Balcony with courtyard view. 1 King and single in the big bedroom, 1 queen, 1 double in the second bedroom with private bath, and a queen pullout in the living room! The condo is set up for 6-7 to sleep comfortably and a great deal for families! Central heat and a/c, Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.
Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

World Famous Old Orchard Pier: The World Famous Pier is home to fantastic foods, exciting entertainment venues, and super shopping boutiques! Extending more than four hundred feet into the Atlantic Ocean from the heart of Old Orchard Beach, the Pier offers daily entertainment in its many Nightclubs, great-tasting foods and local cuisines in several Restaurants, fine gifts and novelty shopping, and Watercraft rentals for those seeking adventure on the high seas!

OOB Vacation August 2022

The train goes by frequently and always blows its whistle all hours of the night. The motorcycles were very loud late at night. Looked like there were twin beds in the rooms but they were not beds they were pull out ottomans that were not comfortable. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeeky loud. Was told there were tv's in both bedrooms but there was one in the closet and when hooked up did not work. Complained to front desk and was told someone would get back to us and they never did. Second parking spot was far away.

Location was great and layout of condo was fantastic. AC didn’t work for two days. Toilet in on suite bathroom was cracked plus shower curtain liners were very moldy and dirty. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Floors were sticky. My parents stayed In a unit below us and theirs was much cleaner!!

Clean comfortable place

This was a perfect place for my wife and I to join my sister and brother in law for a New England foliage trip. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the living area was perfect for enjoying some movies in the evening or playing games at the dining table. Check in was easy and the condo was supplied with what was expected. We were not aware of the noise from trains passing by frequently. I would recommend the place. OOB closes up after Columbus Day so eating opportunities are further out.

Great location to see Southern Maine

The condo was great, right on the beach and the pier, close to everything in Old Orchard Beach. Central to Kennebunkport and Portland which we enjoyed taking day trips to see the sights.

Great location!

If you like OOB this is the place to stay! You are at the heart of everything. The unit is big, open and clean. A/C works great. Plenty of beds. Comfy sheets. Cute beach decor. It is a bit loud in the evenings because you are so close to the action, but it did not bother our kids. There was an interesting smell and some flies when we first arrived, but everything was clean and well kept, so I'm not sure the cause (maybe no one had used the unit in a while or maybe from all the food joints on the ground floor?). It didn't seem like it was a problem coming from the unit. We just bought a fly swatter and Frebreeze and it worked out well. It was great to be right on the beach and to have the indoor pool for rainy days. If we return to OOB we would stay here again.

Excellent stay

We enjoyed the property. The location was great. It was raining all weekend but it was good to be close to Portland and other areas so we can show my sister and her family some Maine attractions even if we didn’t get to enjoy the beach. It was a plus the property has a pool.

Steps to the beach

Condo is very conveniently located steps to the beach and 25 minute drive to Portland where we needed to be for a wedding. The Condo was clean and very roomy, 6 of us stayed comfortable.

This was definitely a great place to be

The room was awesome. Very clean and we had everything we needed except the ice maker didn’t really work well and one of the sliders didn’t lock. We also were never told the pool was closed even tho I asked if there were any restrictions. We had great communication about getting into the room an Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Thanks for sharing ur place with us.
