The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. « I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. « Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality.
