« We booked because of airport shuttle included. No shuttle so we had to pay extra fees for Uber. Pool was nice and warm but he t tub broken and freezing water. We went down for breakfast but it all looked so stale. Even kids wouldn't eat it. Staff was very friendly and the surrounding areas have lots of food options and a Walmart. « If you enjoy finding massive cockroaches and people moving furniture at all hours of the night then this is the place for you. The room was disgusting, stains on the couch, the dresser was broken, I was afraid to open the fridge but it looked like it had been through hell. There was an infestation of roaches behind it. « Staff was friendly but the property is in terrible condition and rooms were not clean. Bedding was stained and yellow, floors were obviously dirty and not swept/mopped (the bathroom had a pile of hair), furniture had chunks missing…the worst for me was my neighbor playing loud music and tv until almost 3 am. We had to ask every shuttle if they know where that one was, we ended up taking the shuttle for the hotel across the street and had to walk through a ditch with 4 suitcases and across the street, there was nobody at desk when we checked in and 2 other people waiting.
