You'll love to stay in this comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a spacious terrace and the sea view in the small town Okrug on island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges.

It's located on the first floor of the private house and beach is just 3 min walking from the apartment.

Apartment itself is comfortable with spacious terrace with the sea view.

Terrace has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a nice view to the sea.

Living room has a large size LED TV with satellite channels, air-condition unit and two cozy sofa beds, each sleeping one person.

Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.

Kitchen is equipped with two electric stoves kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house with agreement with the owner.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

We can provide you an iron and ironing board.

You also get a parking spot , Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.

Everything Okrug has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful beach, restaurants, caffe bars…

Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance.

**** House rules:


Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the terrace.

It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its terrace.

Outside fireplace in the yard of the house can be used in agreement with the owner.

You will also get a free parking spot.


**** The Neighborhood:

Okrug Donji is a place on the west side of the island of Ciovo, southwest from Trogir and west of Okrug Gornji.

In the village there are few bars, restaurants and taverns with rich choice of local specialties.

Unforgettable events are fishing nights, which are held several times during the summer.

Okrug Donji is a quiet place, with no big crowds, with gravel, stone and concrete beaches.

It is well positioned for windsurfing and diving.

Bus station is 100m away.

Split Airport is just 10 km from the apartment.

Supermarket is right next to the house.
