« They charge for ESA animals a 30$ fee per day. Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at in 6 years to ever charge me a fee. Room was clean. Tv channels only worked half the time. Jets in hot tub were broken. The pool was warm though that was nice. And the east building walls were thin could hear above us and next door. »

« My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when I'm in the area. »

« The staff was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed a drink at the bar later in the evening. The bartender ensured we were happy with our drinks!
The breakfast room was a long way from our room and there was a problem with the decaf coffee - a minor inconvenience. The pool was even further away but, we ended up with no extra time to swim anyway. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. »
