The whole home is yours: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry, the fenced backyard, and the seating area behind the detached garage. Off-street parking in the driveway (please stay off the grass; there are underground sprinklers).

You're in one of OKC's most walkable pockets. The Tower Theatre and Uptown 23rd St are 0.3 mi away (7-min walk), and the Paseo Arts District's galleries, shops, and restaurants are 0.4 mi (9-min walk). Cheever's Cafe is 0.4 mi, Flora Bodega for groceries and snacks is 0.3 mi, and Goodholm Park's tennis courts are 0.1 mi. Edgemere Park is 0.7 mi for a longer walk. RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: After booking, the reserving guest will receive a separate link to our rental agreement. It must be completed before check-in instructions and door codes are sent. Please complete it promptly to avoid delays at arrival.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET $35.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.
