Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome; other pets are not permitted.

A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies and is added after booking.

Unauthorized pets or pet policy violations may result in a $300 fee.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.

A $250 fee applies to smoking violations.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in requests must be submitted the day before or on the day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, the fee is $15 per hour before 4:00 PM.

Late check-out requests must be submitted the day before departure and are subject to approval. If approved, the fee is $20 per hour after 10:00 AM.

Additional Information

Reservations longer than 21 days include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.

A complimentary starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided. Guests staying longer should plan to replenish supplies as needed.

Lost items can be returned upon request, subject to a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
