Quail Creek is a quiet, tree-lined pocket of North Oklahoma City — winding streets, big lawns and a golf course at its center. Lake Hefner sits about 2 miles west, with miles of lakeside trail, sailboats on the water and Hefner Grill on the shore. Quail Springs Mall, Costco and Target are all within 3 miles, and Chisholm Creek's restaurants are minutes away. Mercy Hospital is 2.6 miles. Downtown OKC, Bricktown and Scissortail Park are about 13 miles south.

GPS will work! You'll want a car here — North OKC is spread out. Park six vehicles between the 2-car garage and four off-street spots, and plug in overnight on the Level 2 EV charger. Lake Hefner Parkway and Broadway Extension are both minutes away, putting downtown OKC about 20 minutes out. Will Rogers World Airport is roughly 16 miles. Rideshare is reliable. For walking, Berta Faye Rex Quail Creek Park has paved trails and a playground nearby.

The sunroom is an open flex space off the living room, not an enclosed bedroom — no door and no TV, but it does have a queen sleeper sofa and its own full bathroom. Great for a couple or two kids; not ideal if someone needs a private room. The koi pond in the front is not fenced separately, so please supervise young children.

Please be aware of the following potential fees:
- There is an additional fee PER PET $35.
- We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee.
- Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30.
- There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11.
- We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property.
- Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.
- The booking platform automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. If you enter in the wrong number of guests/ pets, then there could be additional charges.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A refundable security deposit is required and is collected separately, AFTER your reservation is confirmed on the booking platform. It is NOT included in the total you pay at booking. We will send deposit instructions after you book, and it must be completed before check-in.
