The place is nice for strictly sleeping at. There is no common space to share while spending time in the unit. There is also no door on one of the bedrooms, a stain on the ceiling and a broken window. The unit was constantly damp with no dehumidifier. Overall okay if you are anticipating to spend majority of your time exploring and minimal privacy with other guests accompanying you.

One night stay

My teenage son and I came from Tulsa for an FFA show at the fairgrounds. We were at the VRBO for one night mostly to just shower and sleep. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of coffee to get us awake first thing in the morning. One of the bedrooms does not have a door, no biggie for us but just a heads up for someone that might feel it is important. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and my questions were answered almost instantaneously by the owners/management. I only had a slight issue with the wifi but it was figured out quickly. We went to sleep early since we had an early morning and did hear a little noise from the other tenants but it was mostly just them moving around and didn't last long. It was an easy drive to the fairgrounds and some of our favorite restaurants. I'd stay here again.

Good location to Paseo

The unit itself is exactly as it appears. It’s small and not for entertaining but if you need a clean place near the Paseo it’s good. We had problems with the door and the management company were quick to respond. Not fancy but nice and clean. Took a star off for cleanliness because there was so much dog poop in the front of house. Hard to miss stepping in it.

Would Stay Again

The location was great. Quick and easy access to a lot of things yet if you are looking for a little more walking access to stores, bars, and restaurants you may want to choose something else. It was just as the description described. Wish they would have given all check in information and property information upon check-in isuch as the Wi-Fi password.

Cute, But Just OK

I stayed here for two nights in June while my son was at a basketball camp nearby. The listing looked super cute. The property was older, but nicely furnished, the furniture was all newer and the bathroom was very clean and modern. I did notice some ants in the kitchen and bedroom. The air conditioner unit was very loud, but that probably helped drown out the highway noise, so I didn’t mind. If you looked too closely at the baseboards and under the tables though, there were tons of spiderwebs, a few spiders, and dead bugs. There was a sizable gap under the front door that let in bugs at night. There was a large dead beetle on the floor and ants on the couch and bed. Not a great stay.

Great spot!

Great location near Paseo with everything you need! My husband and I came to OKC for a wedding and this unit was perfect. The bed was comfortable, bathroom updated, and kitchenette well equipped with a small fridge, cooktop, microwave, and coffee pot(coffee, creamer, sugar and filters included). Would stay again!
