Spacious Mid Century Home by the Plaza District

A charming, newly renovated 1940’s brick home full of character and natural light. Includes a variety of relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces. Located on a pedestrian-friendly street walking distance to local restaurants, boutique shops, and entertainment .
As artists and lovers of the arts, we use our home to display a rotating art exhibition with international, national and local artists.
We provide delicious organic coffee - artist series blend - by Leap Roasters, a local micro-roastery.
The house has two separate living space that allows for more gathering. We love the natural light that baths this charming home that still has it's original hardwood floors and fixtures.

The listing is right next to a fire department. So you heard that all hours. The neighborhood feels very dangerous with homeless people everywhere. There was a very funky smell. I asked them to reclean they stated there wasnt a smell. I bought an ozonator to kill the smell we had to run it 3 times while we were there. The beds were not comfortable. The kitchen was nice.

The VRBO is nicely updated and furnished. It was perfect for our plans to go to OU football game and have a brief family Thanksgiving. The hosts were welcoming. We will definitely stay again.

This house was wonderful and fit our needs. Very clean and uncluttered. Loved the mid century modern furnishings. The Fire House next door did not cause us any problems. A big bonus, only and 11 minute walk to the Plaza District.

Perfect spot

Loved the house! Beautifully and tastefully decorated, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy. Great for our family of 5 and pooch. Loved the neighborhood and location. Close to fun local restaurants and shops. Front door code didn’t work when we arrived but owners were prompt and there within a few minutes to reset. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Always a great place to stay!

We always try to stay here when we are in OKC. This time the artwork throughout the home had been rotated with the owner's collection so we had fun studying each new piece of art. The kitchen is great for cooking and there's plenty of space to play games, lounge and watch movies. The location is great too - a walking neighborhood. So much fun!

Great stay

The house was clean and well kept. The process to check in and out was easy. The is located next door to a fire station which made us feel safer but at 3am the sirens aren’t awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Two Thumbs up for this Plaza District House

As advertised. Clean, easy to find, and a terrific location! Everything we did (State Capitol, Stockyard City, OKC Museum and Memorial, Scissortail Park, Bricktown, and the Botanical Gardens) was within a 10-15 min drive. Then we spent our nights walking 5 minutes to all of the restaurants and shops in the Plaza District (turn left outside the driveway, you can’t miss it). All and all, we enjoyed our long weekend in OKC, and would highly recommend this Plaza District house for a central location to stay.

Flamenco artists' dream home

I sponsored housing at this property for a group of visiting flamenco artists who were here in order to perform and teach. The guests raved about their experience and absolutely adored the house--we all wished we had a kitchen as nice as this one! The property is neat and clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive, providing extra comforters when needed, and even coming to our rescue at 2:30am when the guests accidentally locked themselves out! The house is conveniently located close to the Plaza District and other central OKC sites. We'll definitely plan to stay at this property again next year!

Location and comfort

Such a great location if you're doing activities at OCU (and also within easy walking distance of Empire pizza)! We've stayed here before and the comfort, details, great host, make it all wonderful. My family enjoyed it again and plan to come back when in OKC in the future. Very comfortable, with nice outdoor spaces too. Love it!

Loved It Here!

We had a group of ladies get together for a girls weekend in OKC! This house was perfect and we all talked about renting it again in the future. The host was so sweet and responsive! We even had an earthquake while there and she checked on us to make sure all was good! Already planning our next stay 😁

Fun and artsy, spacious and convenient!

The house is great, with plenty of room and nice artsy touches. It felt more like a home than just a weekend rental! We had everything we needed and the owner was fantastic to work with. A bonus was the large parking area in back. It's super convenient to OCU and Empire Slice too. We plan to stay here again on future visits to OKC!

Perfect house & stay!

Loved this house! Super cute, had everything we needed, owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Location was great! We were there for a horse show and it was close to the fairgrounds and provided the perfect place to come back to after a long, hot day to relax and cool down! Loved that it has 2 living room spaces and the washer/dryer! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Thunder game weekend getaway

Great place, very roomy, comfy and clean. Walking distance to shops and yummy restaurants. Would stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful to work with and any questions that we had. Other local places were an easy drive, or Uber ride as well.

Very nice home. Right in the middle of OKLA city. Had everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Nice kitchen. Bathrooms are small but gave us what we needed. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Overall nice stay for my family.

Beautiful home in the Arts district!

This home was perfect for us! It is in very close proximity to all the fun in OKC! It was very spacious, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our trip! The sheets, linens and towels were all fresh and new!! The hosts were in contact with us from the beginning and very helpful! We are planning to stay again and again!
