You'll have the ground floor with two studio apartments (2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms and kitchenette, 2 TV, WiFi, lake view and charming patio garden). There is another apartment on the first floor (separate entrance).
Other things to note
Free private parking near the post office, 2-3 minutes walking from the villa.

Guests must climb stairs as the house is located at the old town and in a private alley with no car access.

Potential for noise during weekends and season at nights (the house overlooks the city square where lots of bars and restaurants are located).
