« Beds are extremely, painfully soft. Building is disorienting- even staff get turned around. Problems were not resolved in a timely manner. I feel bad for reception bc they are kind but the place is not a good spot. »

« We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours. »

« Unable to check in around 6 pm. No one at desk. Rang bell. Came back hour later and checked in no morning coffee available no shampoo in bathroom. Bed was soft and room clean »

« Beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. When we went to check out we got attitude from the clerk saying we weren’t allowed to park and stay when we already paid to do so. She was very rude. Will choose another hotel next time. Very disappointed for a Hilton. »
