« Property is on basement level. You could hear upstairs tenant but a text to property owner helped. Parking was hit and miss but pass was provided for parking lot across busy street. Location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park »

« The cottage is beautifully remodeled and is in a prime location! It has everything you need, and then some!! The owners are very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!! »

« 143 Elliot St at Buckeye Lake was an adorable four room house with a laundry room. Many homes on the street to this location looked a bit tattered but this little house had a complete makeover. Plenty of space for the two of us. We had two bedrooms but only used one. Nice eat in kitchen fully furnished with everything and even some condiments in the pantry. Laundry room was equipped with washer/dryer and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Basically all we needed to bring was our clothes and...

« My friend and her husband and my partner traveled together to attend a festival nearby. The house was very accessible to the location and also quiet in a nice vacation community. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and there was more than enough room to have some privacy. « I was in town to visit a friend for the holiday weekend and was very happy with this location. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom is impressively sized, and parking was extremely convenient. The bedroom is impressively large for this age of house, and the queen bed is a memory foam mattress while the twin is an innerspring. I loved being so close to a coffee shop, and it was easy to get lunch at katzinger's deli after checking out. If you're visiting with a dog, I recommend...

« We appreciated the wide open space around the property, and the simple interiors. (we hate worrying about breaking owners' decorations!) There were plenty of beds and futons for guests to sleep, and lots of space when family in town came to visit throughout the weekend. »

"The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad."
