« Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

« The overall communication was perfect. The parking was excellent. The unit was clean and comfortable. Except... you will need a sleeping mask if light bothers you. The bedroom has a wide horizontal window that is high enough to not need curtains or blinds, but it does let in all the light! The big window behind the bed had a shade, but it let in lots of light. There is a lot of light at night, since it is in the city. So, no sleeping in for sure. I had to sleep with a sock over my eyes and a...

« This is a nice apartment downtown near all the restaurants and bars. The host added some little perks like a basket of granola bars and ramen on the kitchen counter for the guests. This was much appreciated as I was coming in and out of the unit for short periods of rest during a family member’s long hospital stay. I really appreciated the host’s communication and kindness throughout. I will definitely be rebooking next time I’m in town. »

« I went to Columbus for a conference at OSU. The apartment is really close to the campus and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook there. The room is spacious with a good work space and comfy bed. Everything was nice and clean. The communication with Carlie was wonderful and I’d love to stay again in the future. »

« It's a great place! Perfect for an individual or couple that is attending or speaking at the Columbus Convention Center, which is why I was there. It was easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be for a 3 day Conference. Everything was clean and well appointed. I would stay again for the next conference! »

« Such a cute little place! Perfect location just outside of Columbus. We took our dog to Ohio State veterinary clinic for extensive testing and it turned out we needed an extra night stay. Jennifer made it super easy for us! »

« Perfect location for walking to the OSU stadium for commencement ceremony. Property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Good communication with host. »

« Had to stay somewhere near the convention center for work and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Communication was excellent and I can’t wait to book again in the future when I pop through the city for work! »

« When I first pulled up I won’t lie I said “oh no” because from the outside it was a little bit of a jump scare but inside it was very cute, clean, and had everything I needed for my couple of nightsIt would be nice to have a tv for in the bedroom but that’s minor. But the internet is VERY un reliable. As in internet stopped 5 times while watching one movie so tv was pretty much out of order anyway. But over all would stay again if in the area :) »

"The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad."
