Cozy Patio Suite/Heart of Ogt/Perfect for Couples

Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Unit has parking for one car. The patio suite has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the Marginal way and our beautiful beach. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is the perfect alternative to a crowed hotel.
A 5% service charge will be deducted from a cancellation above normal cancellation policy.

The Patio Suite is perfect for 2 people. It was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable. The patio was perfect for sitting outside and reading. We could walk everywhere in town we wanted to go. We would definitely go back!

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights. It's exactly as advertised and worked great for the two of us. It's within walking distance to everything in Ogunquit - we hit Marginal way, restaurants, the beach, etc... all without needing to hop in the car. Very helpful host with excellent communication.

The place was very clean, it looked newly redone and was in a convenient location. Itā€™s small but big enough for two people. The host was great about getting right back to me when I contacted him. The only con I have is that the air conditioner needs to be replaced or at least serviced. I notified the host snd he thanked me for letting him know and that heā€™d look into it. We would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our recent stay. The cottage was more private than a hotel room but had much more! Lovely decor, comfy bed, fluffy towels, coffee, snacks and bowls for breakfast. Quiet at night and a sleepy town in the morning, lots to explore by walking!

We had a great stay in Ogunquit, namely due to the location of this suite. Walk to the beach! Walk downtown! Walk the marginal way to perkins cove! The suite is perfect for two. Communication from Jack was awesome. We didnā€™t respond though because we were so unplugged and relaxed. Thank you!

More like a hotel room than a studio but central location on a quiet street close to beach and downtown shops and restaurants. A microwave would be a big improvement rather than the brand new toaster-oven; a few bowls would help too.

We loved this adorable cottage like room! It was clean, comfortable and had every little detail one might want or need. Lee was available and responded quickly to our questions. Checking in was easy. Onsite parking and within walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved it and definitely choose to stay there again!
