Charming Terrace Suite/Ogunquit/Ideal for Couples

Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with a private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Unit has parking for 1 car. Terrace suite has a private deck with lounge chairs and an umbrella table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the beach and Marginal Way. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel.
A 5% service charge will be deducted from a cancellation above standard cancellation policy.

Parfait pour un couple et la terrasse est un gros plus. Correspond parfaitement à l’annonce, à quelques minutes de tout. Endroit trùs propre et calme.

Welcoming, everything is straith foward and well explained. Luv not having to carry key/room card To the beach. The only downside for us was the mattress that was To plus and comfy: de need film mattress cause of back pains. Overall a great experience! Thanks To Dale and his team.

My husband and I loved our time at the Terrace Suite. Very private. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Just right for two! Try clean and Jack was very helpful when I contacted him with questions. Will look forward to staying there again

This was a cozy, well-designed, and stocked room with private entrance in a larger house. It also has a large private terrace overlooking School St. and the cars on Rt. 1. I had minor internet problems, and property manager Jack quickly resolved them. This is a single room with minimal cooking facilities, so it might be best for those who plan on mostly eating out and stocking snacks, drinks, and leftovers in the fridge. Overall a great property in a central location

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated Terrace apartment. The location was great, just a block walk to the downtown area which has many great shops and restaurants and a great night life. The terrace was nice to enjoy coffee in the am. We would definitely stay here again when we visit!

The location is amazing- near the beach, restaurants, and Marginal Way. The place is small but has everything necessary to stay there. The only issue was that the medicine cabinet came over the sink in the bathroom making it somewhat difficult to use. Jack responded very quickly to our internet question. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Terrace suite and the first time in season. This is the perfect location to walk to everything! Marginal way, shops restaurants and the beach and just a short walk to Perkins Cove. Every detail has been thought of and sitting on the terrace was delightful. It was a perfect first solo vacation without the kids. The roof terrace is amazing!! I sat up there and read and watched the world go by. The unit is small, but has everything you need. It is close to the beach and Perkins Cove. I walked everyday, getting in over 20k steps.
