Welcome to our beautiful Ogunquit beach house, a spacious getaway thoughtfully designed for both comfort and style. Situated in the heart of downtown, the home is just steps from the area’s best restaurants and shops, and within an easy walk of the beach and Marginal Way. This spacious coastal home is perfect for families or groups traveling together.

This home features five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with its own private bathroom. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a private bathroom; another queen bedroom connected to a shared bathroom with dual access (from both the bedroom and the hallway); a king bedroom; and a bedroom with two twin beds. The king and twin bedrooms share a bathroom located on the third floor, which consists solely of the bathroom. Each bedroom offers cozy bedding and ample storage to ensure a comfortable stay.

The bright, sun-filled living room provides plenty of seating for everyone, and the dining room features a large table with generous seating for group meals. Just off the dining area is a bar space complete with a bonus cocktail refrigerator.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a built-in ice maker. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, cookware, and kitchen essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a classic Maine lobster dinner. Outside, guests can also enjoy the patio and grill, perfect for casual cookouts. Please note: two additional studio suites are located on the property and are attached to the house. Although physically attached to the main house, the two studio suites are entirely separate, each with its own private entrance and no shared interior access.
