« Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said…. »

« Well equipped, clean and spacious cottage. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, countryside break. »

« Property was excellent however had to chase the company for check in arrangements on both phone numbers provided. »

« Very comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area but only 10mins drive from Whitchurch with some lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to North Wales and several National Trust properties. We had a relaxing time and would be very happy to return. »

« Furniture was a little dated and the second bedroom was very small. Apart from that we were very pleased and had a pleasant stay. »

« It was the perfect dog friendly place to stay, good position between coast and hills and forest. Everything we needed for comfort, Sandra (the owner)is next door for any issues you may have, the village is very pretty and perfect for dog walks with lots of lanes through the country if you don't fancy going to far, would highly recommend »

« This was a charming little place, well designed, clean and well equipped. It was easy to reach the centre of Denbigh and visit the coast, inland lakes and towns. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend.A spare blanket for extra warmth at night would be useful and access to bins for recycling food waste, card etc »

« We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well...

« It had all the comforts of a home! Full kitchen, TV with plenty of channels to choose from; electric fireplace; very cozy. Quiet location, met friendly people at both local pubs. Landlord was easily available and helpful. Bedding was too warm for us. Would have liked a lighter comforter or blanket and a small bar of hand soap in the bathroom. »

« Thoroughly enjoyed the time here »

« Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area. »

« Much bigger than expected and really clean, easy to get to, idyllic, quiet and just what we needed »
