« The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. Our lovely & gracious cook & housekeeper, Ms. Kerine, prepared delicious meals daily & made our stay very comfortable & delightful! The security guard, Andrew, was friendly, cheerful, & attentive & made us feel safe the entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed his guided tour to the calm cove for cliff jumping & snorkeling! The owner and property manager were both VERY responsive when we reached out with questions about the property. We had quite a bit of rain and clouds, so needed to use their back up system for hot water as the solar panels can't compete with cloud cover. The absolute best part of our stay was Chef Chris! « Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it! »
