Villa Kalaya is cozy place to stay away from home. Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly home. Villa Kalaya is approximately 5-7 minutes away from Dunn’s River, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. A barbecue grill with a sink area located at the back of the house is available for $10. Please note that there is a $300 security deposit that is due before check-in. Payment can be made by the Resolution Center.
The space
Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property, 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, an entertainment room, flat-screen TVs, a beautiful electric fireplace, towels and bed linens, an equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, and refrigerator. A washing machine is also available.
Guest access
Villa Kalaya sleeps, 6 guests. The maximum of 2 visitors are allowed. Visitors are not allowed to a sleepover. No smoking is allowed ($300 fine). No rearranging if the furniture is allowed. No parties or events. These rules must be adhered to, if not you will lose your entire deposit, or your reservation will be canceled and asked to leave with no refund.
Other things to note
Identification is required for all guests checking in to the property. No ID no entry. No third-party booking is allowed. Only account holders are allowed to book the property.
