Summary:
Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our completely remodeled beach themed house, just minutes from all the best that Oceanside has to offer.
Experience a local coffee shop, try some hometown cuisine, or walk the pier - all within 1-2 miles from the home.
This is located just 1.5 miles from the beach and the downtown Oceanside area. It's also only 10 minutes from the GoJump facility in Oceanside. It's also just 1.5 miles from Goat Hill Park Golf Course.
The Space:
The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook during your stay.
We've included:
- Pots & pans
- Baking sheets
- Muffin tin
- Bread Pan
- Crock Pot & Coffee
- Tea & Honey
- Blender
- Full knife set
- Mixing bowls
- Glass storage containers
- Cooking utensils
- Cooking essentials
- Dinnerware
- Silverware
Each room has it's own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you're wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids' room with a bunk bed that includes a twin and two fulls.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with a chair to sit and relax on.
Our smart TV includes access to Netflix & Disney+.
We've also got a few card games to enjoy.
*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.
Guest Access:
This is a stand alone home with guest parking available in the front.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.
The Neighborhood:
Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.
Getting Around:
Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
For public transit, this is walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego
Other Things to Note:
There are currently guests in the back house. We do request that access to that driveway is left clear.
We are also completing landscaping around the property, so there may be areas that appear unfinished.
Interaction with Guests:
Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.
