KITCHEN AND DINING:
Experience the pleasure of cooking in your fully-equipped kitchen, featuring new quartz countertops, freshly painted blue cabinets, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Prepare meals with ease using new cookware, including pots and pans, a blender, a crockpot, and a Keurig combo coffee maker.
The dining area features a charming wood table with a built-in lazy susan and seating for six, ideal for meals, games, or simply good conversation.

LIVING AREA:
A217 is furnished with all brand new (June 2024) furniture, including a comfortable sofa-sleeper and two accent chairs. The living room also boasts a 55'' flat-screen Smart TV that you can use to log into your preferred streaming platform and enjoy your favorite shows after a day in the waves. There is also free extended cable with 250+ channels included! On cooler evenings you can cozy up next to the custom-tiled fireplace. (Please note that the fireplaces are turned off and not available during the Summer months.)

SLEEPING:
A217 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, ideal for couples or small families. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a plush mattress, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and a 55" Smart TV to enhance your private retreat. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a separate vanity area with tile flooring and granite countertops.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

A217 - Blue Water Escape is located in the quieter "A" building of North Coast Village, across the road from the main complex, offering a more tranquil environment. With your gate key, you can still access the main complex, but the "A" building features exclusive amenities such as an extra pool, hot tub, and grilling area.
