Private Pool – Use at Your Own Risk

This property includes a private swimming pool for guest enjoyment. By booking and/or using the pool, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

No Lifeguard on Duty. There is no lifeguard or pool attendant on site at any time.

Swim at Your Own Risk. Use of the pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

Children Must Be Supervised at All Times.
The pool is located directly outside the home and is visible and accessible from the main exit. While the pool area is behind a gate, the pool itself is open once accessed. Children should never be left unattended, even for a moment.

Adults Are Responsible for Supervision. Guests are solely responsible for supervising all minors and non-swimmers at all times while on the property.

No Diving or Unsafe Behavior. No diving, running, rough play, or other unsafe activities in or around the pool area.

Proper Use Only. Pool use should be limited to registered guests only. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

Health & Safety Awareness. Guests should not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or substances that may impair judgment, or if they have medical conditions that make swimming unsafe.

Assumption of Risk. Guests understand that swimming and pool use involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, or injury.

Liability Disclaimer. By using the pool, guests agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur to themselves or others in their party while using or accessing the pool area.
