Ce charmant chalet de plage est situé sur la voie navigable NC Intracoastal à Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Avec 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain, c'est le lieu de vacances idéal pour une famille avec 3 à 4 enfants. La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le porche de la voie navigable privée est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre café du matin, d'un cocktail l'après-midi ou d'un barbecue familial à tout moment de l'année. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et la maison dispose du WiFi et de la télévision par câble. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size et une télévision par câble à écran plat. L'autre chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et il y a des lits jumeaux gigognes dans la zone d'entrée. Magnifique chalet serein offrant une vue imprenable toute l'année.

10/10 You can’t give this home enough stars! Ms. Sandra is an excellent host! The description of this property is spot on. It is wonderfully located, exceptionally clean, the most comfortable beds, and the view is spectacular! My husband and I went for a long weekend anniversary trip and it was just perfect! We will be back to stay again!

The property was beautiful and relaxing. The house was very clean and we had all the appliances we could have needed. The outside of the home is well cared for and there are gorgeous views from the back porch and dock. The host was especially amazing. She was easy to get ahold of, professional, and very thoughtful. We would love to be her guests again any time we visit OIB. It was one of the best experiences we have had with VRBO.

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I came down for a long weekend with our dog and really enjoyed how releasing and peaceful the property is. House is located right off the intercostal waterway with a nice private dock. Porch is wonderful for enjoying quiet mornings and nights. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Sandra is very welcoming and an excellent host!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at the cottage. Sandra was very responsive. The place was very clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked great. The cottage had everything you needed to prep a meal or simply hang out on that amazing porch facing the IC waterway. The location is super convenient to getting to the beach, like 5 minutes. Grab yourself a BEC bagel sandwich once over the bridge, pay the 10 to park at the pier and hit the beach. There’s an ice cream shop there and a place to grab some food. Head back to the cottage after the day and repeat. Thanks for sharing this place.

A perfect location.

We loved our stay in this little house on the intercoastal. The view from the lovely back porch was beautiful. We sat there in the mornings and evenings with a wonderful breeze. One morning, we watched 12 deer come down to a thicket by the water. Another morning, we saw 3. It was a breeze going wherever we wished to go - to the beach, to Calabash, to the grocery store etc. The house was super clean with everything you might need. Thanks to our wonderful host, Sandra, for bringing us donuts for our last morning. We highly recommend this listing.

The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood on the intercostal waterway. Deer strolled across the yard as we relaxed on the porch. A short drive took us to Ocean Isle beach. Sandra stopped by to welcome us and chat. We had a wonderful time and will return.

Great view

This jewel of a house was perfect for the 4 of us. It had a porch that you never wanted to leave because it looked out towards the beach houses on OIB and had the best breeze ever! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal and we enjoyed the outside fire pit for s'mores. We kayaked while we were here and easy to enter the waterway with the launch. A wonderful location, quiet, restaurants and shopping near. The host was very attentive and helped us several times with what we needed to make our stay complete.

Kick back and relax

We usually stay on the beach when we go on vacation but this year my husband wanted to be able to fish so we found this place on the Inlet and let me tell you we will never want to stay anywhere BUT this place. The house is on a quiet dead end road so there is no traffic, my kids were able to ride their bikes down the road to the candy store no problem. It was so quiet and peaceful. The proximity to the beach is great too, only a short drive. We spent our mornings at the beach and evenings fishing and crabbing off the dock. Ocean Isle Beach Fish Company was so good we ate there twice during our stay. WONDERFUL vacation.

My wife, my son, our dog and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. It has a great view and direct access to fishing from a dock in the Intercoastal waterway. The owner was wonderful to work with and we would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay. Never have we had such a relaxing vacation. It was so hard to leave the rocking chairs on the back porch. Our dog enjoyed the freedom that the location provided. Beautiful view of the ICW. Fishing was fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice!

Beautiful view of the waterway, very conveniently located. Beautiful old trees and wildlife. I would visit again. I would have given a 5 if not for a couple of inconveniences with the details in booking. The Vrbo app specifically says that extra fees Cannot be asked for a true service dog. We made it clear that the dog we wanted to bring was a bonafide service dog and asked about the Vrbo policy but was still told there would be a fee. Lastly, the 9 am checkout time is too early. You either have to prepare the day before you leave or get up at the crack of dawn which can be difficult.

Clean, cozy, quiet with beautiful ICW views. I can’t be positive enough about our stay. Comfortable beds, well stocked with necessities. Just a very nice stay all the way around. Sandra, the owner, is super knowledgeable about the area she grew up in and stopped by with yummy local donuts and a nice chat about some of the history of the area. Not what I expected

The property was nice. Owner was great. Brought donuts to us. Needs more than one bathroom. With the tide you only like a 3 hour window to fish. House was to pricey for what you got, but still enjoy the stay and even though Sandra ( the owner) was awesome. Wouldn’t stay here again .
