Beautiful 4BR/4BA condo in the Islander Villas.
Enjoy your morning coffee and ocean views from the large, shaded deck with lots of seating. Fish pond offers great turtle watching as well. The ocean is short walk across the road. Rent or BYO golf cart and bikes to get around this quaint island and enjoy nice walks and spectacular sunsets along beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. With 45 golf courses within 20 miles, as well as mini-golf, coffee shops, fresh bagels and restaurants right on the island, OIB is a great destination for everyone!

This modern coastal condo offers a large open-concept living space great for family vacations and friends' getaways. Large sectional offers plenty of seating for all and TV with Roku Plus allows access to your favorite streaming apps.

Four bedrooms feature sleeping for 12:
Master BR with Queen Bed + private bathroom with large tub
Second Master BR with King Bed + private bathroom with tub
Two bedrooms with two full beds each, both with their own bathrooms/showers
Towels and linens available for rent - inquire for more information.

Kitchen is well-stocked with conveniences including a crockpot, coffeepot, electric kettle and a Keurig. Gas grill is located on the ground level (grills not permitted on deck) with back stair access to deck allowing for easy, evening cookouts.

Unit is on the first floor with elevator access and shaded parking beneath the building for up to 4 cars.

Rental also includes passes to The Isles, Oceanfront Restaurant, Pool and Tiki Bar, for days when you want to lounge by the pool or evenings when you want to dine within walking distance.

My goodness they had everything covered, grocery stores the proximity!! They are so welcoming & great communicators. Winter at OIB with a snowfall was amazing!! This VROB is wonderful, see the ocean in AM from the balcony, it’s a short walk to great the ocean. It was lovely & regrounding myself, there are no words.

Wonderful stay in OIB

This was a fabulous condo unit, which was very updated and had great kitchen supplies. Our host was very easy to work with and we had a great time during this quick weekend visit. We would definitely return back to this unit and highly recommend it. Just a quick walk to the beach and a great view from the deck as well.

Great location

Our family with 4 adults and 3 kids stayed for a week and loved it! It is a nice updated place and decorated beautifully. Great location to the beach. We really loved sitting on the porch watching the turtles in the morning and night. The outdoor shower/hose area and separate set of steps to the porch was very convenient after the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool and tiki bar! Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo!!

The condo was even more gorgeous than the pictures on the VRBO site. We absolutely loved it, had a wonderful vacation in Ocean Isle and look forward to visiting in the future.

Updated well equipped condo

This place is very nice, looks just like the pictures. When entering the condo the smell of clean meets you at the door. They even have this little electronic vacuum, it works very well on the floors. Plenty of dishes and appliances. Nothing bad to say!!!

Arrived 8/5 My son's was married 8/6 at his house at the other end of the beach. We were close enough yet far enough away. The entire stay was wonderful. That back porch picture is what I was looking for in the beginning, IT did not disappoint. The Ocean Never Disappoints me and it did not this time. I will return.

Fabulous family vacation

We have stayed here now for two years, and everything is fabulous. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfy. The owners are quick to address any problems/concerns if they arise. We love the view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. Everything is perfect! We will be back in the future!

Wonderful, Spacious Condo - Great Views - Comfy Beds

We had a great time at this condo! It was spacious enough for our whole family (husband, myself, kids, grandparents). We all remarked how comfortable the beds were! We all slept great there! There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the covered back deck so much! We ate dinner out there (even though the dining table was huge & beautiful). We loved watching the turtles! My 7-year-old daughter said that was her favorite part of the whole vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet, even though it seemed that every condo was occupied. The elevator was a huge bonus (my parents relied on it). The walk to the beach was very close from the condo or from the pool area. The owners were so easy to communicate with. They were very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family!

The absolute best condo I have stayed in at OIB! I have family in the area, and have vacationed year after year in OIB.....I have officially found the place I will be sure to visit again! From the friendly host, gorgeous decor, loaded kitchen, cleanliness, turtle & ocean views! I just can't say enough good things about it! Went to reserve again for the Summer and its fully booked - so y'all better book early for this beauty! :)

A wonderful family vacation

Our family stay in OIB was terrific. While the weather and beach were great, the condo was perfect for our group - 4 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms! It had the best equipped kitchen we've ever stayed at, and there was lots of storage throughout the unit. There was lots of room on the patio for all of us to gather, and it was great fun watching the turtles, fish and birds in the pond below. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was immediate and friendly. We'd definitely stay there again!!

Fabulous Family Vaca!

Wonderful vacation

My family of eight had a wonderful two week vacation in this beautiful condo. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the condo was beautifully decorated ! extremely comfortable and clean . The owner was very attentive to any questions and responded quickly.. We enjoyed our day out on the covered deck and the turtles or super cute to watch in lagoon . We would take our golf carts to the beach and pool . I wish there was more golf cart parking in the community and the pool bar unfortunately due to Covid had shortened hours but other then that our trip was wonderful and we loved our fabulous beach days .We also got to watch Fourth of July fireworks right from the Beach and where we were in a golf cart parade which was so much fun.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The listing states that the property has most of the household appliances and accessories one would need but this is understated! My family stayed over for the thanksgiving holiday so we prepared a lot of food and took extra pots, pans, and serving items just in case - we didn’t need any of it. We have been booking rental properties for years and this is the most well-appointed and well-equipped property we’ve ever used!
