‘The Banyan Beach House’ is a great holiday house or retreat for couples or families.
A clean, very well presented 4 bedroom holiday home, with a bright fresh atmosphere.

The house is a 3 min drive to the local Beach, a 5 min walk to the Market Place shopping center and a 10 min walk to the Bellarine Aquatic and Sports Centre.

Inside, the home is spacious, comfortable and well equipped with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 separate living area's with Smart TV's and a table tennis table in the Garage. The 4th bedroom also has a TV and PlayStation. There are 2 split system air conditioners, fans and a cozy wood fire for winter months.

The house is split level with the master bedroom and a large living area upstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and large dining table will let you entertain for 8 people.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, large walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed, which can be separated to 2 singles if required.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk with a double bottom and single top.
Bedroom 4 has a sofa bed, large TV and a PlayStation for the kids

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

There is a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

3 outdoor sitting areas are provided, including a large under cover patio with gas bbq.

Secure undercover parking for 2 cars and space for additional 2 cars off street as well.

As the property is in a quiet street amongst permanent residents, we don't allow schoolies or large party type bookings.

We are strictly non-smoking and do not allow pets.

All beds have good quality bedding and mattresses for your comfort. Mattress protectors, pillows, large sized quilts with covers supplied.

Good quality linen, including bath mats, tea and hand towels is supplied at no extra cost.
