GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure and early check in is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Early check in requests and late check out requests prior to arrival will incur a fee of $50 per hour. Unauthorized late check out or early check in will be charged at $110 per hour.
Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. Lock outs, call outs for keys not replaced to the key safe upon check out will be charged at $110 call out fee, plus replacement costs of keys or locks if required.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforeseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbours at anytime during your stay.

BINS: If during your stay bins are required to be left curb side for collection we will send you a reminder message. Failure to put the bins out for collection, will result in a rubbish collection fee of $90. Any rubbish that does not fit inside the correct bin upon check out must be taken a disposed of, or a $90 rubbish collection fee will apply also.

LOCKED AREAS: There may be locked cupboards or areas within the home for owners storage. You must not access these under any circumstances. Should any supplies be taken or used from these areas you will be charged the replacement cost for the items or laundering of items used.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge for stain soaking or replacement fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service, every 2 weeks for a clean and linen service, the same amount as charged in your booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

VISITORS: Visitors to the property are not permitted, only guests booked, reapproved at the time of booking are permitted at the home,

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. If you are bringing a pet, you must have this pre-approved according to the properties pets policy. You must take responsibility for pet damages and pick up after your pet and dispose in the appropriate bin. Dog poo left behind will incur a $50 charge. Animal damages charged at cost. Please check the animal rules for this property before arrival. If the home allows pets inside, they must not be let on any furniture, carpeted areas or beds. Other homes that allow pets outside only, must not be let inside without preapproval. Pets on furniture and carpeted areas will be charged at $50 per area to cover carpet/upholstery cleaning.

Departing;
Check out is strictly 10am, late check out requests will only be approved where possible at a charge of $50 per hour. Unauthorized late check outs after 10am will be charged at $110 per hour, there is no leniency due to cleaner schedules and their on charge if left waiting.
Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition, with children’s toys away and any furniture back in the correct position. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in to cover deep cleaning. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
