Windjammer Beach House, a 4 bed, 3 bath marvel, boasts a stunning remodel with a lavish outdoor area and a shared tennis/pickleball court at its back door. The Runaway Bay 1 also has a community pool. Its prime location offers great walkability to the beach and top eateries like OC Wasabi, Restaurante Antipasti, and Barn 34, plus proximity to the boardwalk's north end. This home blends modern comfort with leisure, making it a perfect retreat for those who appreciate luxury and accessibility.

Windjammer Beach House, a splendid 4-bedroom, 3-bath sanctuary, exemplifies coastal living at its finest, with its open-concept design seamlessly blending the living room and kitchen areas into a harmonious space perfect for gathering and entertaining. The heart of the home features state-of-the-art appliances, a large island, and ample seating, making it a chef's dream and a focal point for social interaction.

Right outside, a tennis/pickleball court awaits, offering guests the unique opportunity to enjoy these popular activities within the comfort of their own backyard. The outdoor living area extends this invitation to leisure, with its spacious and thoughtfully designed layout that encourages relaxation and outdoor dining amidst the serene backdrop of the beachside community. The Runaway Bay 1 community also has a community POOL on the West End of the Property as well as water access for outdoor activities such as fishing, crabbing, and kayaking!

One of the four inviting bedrooms is currently undergoing a transformation. This room, located on the first floor, will soon feature a comfortable queen bed with custom-built bunks above, ingeniously maximizing space and comfort. This innovative sleeping arrangement promises to be a delightful retreat for guests seeking both rest and adventure.

Ascending to the second floor, guests will discover the master suite, a true haven of tranquility. This room boasts a spa-like bathroom, complete with a private balcony overlooking the picturesque surroundings. The king-sized bed invites endless nights of restful sleep, enveloped in luxury and peace.

Adjacent to the master suite, another bedroom offers a queen bed set within a spacious room, providing a serene escape with ample room to unwind. The final bedroom is equipped with a twin bed that can be transformed into a king for a nominal $25 fee. This unique feature is made possible by a special piece that securely connects the two beds, ensuring a comfortable and seamless sleeping experience.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. We can hold dates if you contact us at Oceans Edge Vacations for a small fee.

We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given. 7 friends stayed in August 2024 for a golf trip. Place is very clean and totally renovated. The location is great, not on the busy streets of OC so it’s easy to get peace and quiet. Two parking spots right in front of the property make loading and unloading bags, groceries, etc very easy. Would highly recommend.
