As you pull into the 2 Car Garage - a rarity in OC - you’re already in love with this home’s awesome downtown location. Tucked quietly away on Dorchester Street, you’re a short stroll from everywhere you want to be, yet it is a peaceful and serene retreat.
After a fun-filled day at the Beach, kick back and relax in the beautifully furnished Living Area with Free WiFi and huge Flat Screen Cable TV. Muted grays and browns, and colors of sea glass are warm and inviting. With soaring ceilings and bountiful natural light, it’s a wonderful place to spend time with those who matter most. The Open Layout allows everyone to be together without ever feeling crowded. With a reverse floor plan, the Living Area is on the 2nd of 4 beautifully furnished floors, which allows for some lovely glimpses of the bay and nearby harbor. Slip out to the Deck to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze - there’s a bar and stools, making it a great place to catch a sunset at happy hour.
Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the Well-Stocked Kitchen and Dining Area. The Chef in your family will love this well-equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, and stunning Cambria Quartz Countertops. There is seating for 8 at the Dining Table, and 3 at the rustic Breakfast Bar. We just love the distressed, beachy furnishings throughout Sea Salt. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries, you have some fabulous Dining Options within walking distance.
Sea Salt sleeps 9 comfortably in 3 Bedrooms plus a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. While there are 4 levels to this awesome home, the flights of stairs are rather short, so you never feel as if you’re running up and down the stairs all day. The 2nd level is home to Bedrooms 1 and 2, as well as a 2nd Full Bath. Bedroom 1 is a Primary with a comfy King Bed, Flat Screen Cable TV, and Private Primary Bath. The Primary Bath is gorgeous with Double Quartz Vanity, and a Walk-in Shower with Custom Tile. Down the hall, Bedroom 2 is adorned in nautical navy and crisp white, and has a Custom Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Queen). There’s also a Flat Screen TV in this Bedroom. The 2nd Full Bath has a Tub/Shower Combo. Bedroom 3 is on the very top floor - it’s own little private retreat. With calming blues, a Queen Bed, glimpses of the Bay, and Flat Screen TV, it is sure to please.
Now let’s talk about the amazing location of Sea Salt. Park your car and walk everywhere, if you like! You’re surrounded by some great dining options including The Marina Deck, MR Ducks, and Fat Daddy’s, and an easy 2 blocks to our famous OCMD Boardwalk - close to the action, but away from the noise. Take a boat ride on the OC Rocket, just around the corner, or watch the boats bring in the catch-of-the-day at the White Marlin Marina. So much to do - so much to see!
Sea Salt allows up to 2, well-trained dogs with a $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee, Per Dog. Dogs must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. Guests responsible for picking up after Dog(s). NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
